Remember that there is going to be a UN sponsored (but not controlled) peacekeeping force which may countries who sat out of the war will still take part in.

I'm sure the average Iraqi and a lot of other people believe that too.

Trajanus, exactly this is PR. I like the Poles since they are east europeans like I am and this is the last thing they need.

          Shi,

The current occupation is meant to be temporary and to help Iraq be a united democratic country.

Aghanistan is temporary too, but it looks like forever.

It is just a joke vetty. Laugh about it

No naivete, just a desperate attempt of the US to show the world it still has allies
            The world laughs.

And to show that those who help her get rewarded. By being ****ed over in Iraq

It is so silly you can't stop laughing

I said first that it was a PR stunt. How come Trajanus gets all the glory?

Yeah I am laughing alright. But not with you.

I am laughing at the stupid nature of your posts. Don't you ever get a clue?

The world laughs? You don't speak for the world, patty cakes.

Well Karzai already has 20,000+ trained troops under his command, so yes it is temporary.

The % of Poles, Spaniards and Italians are overwhelmingly against the US policies in Iraq. Check it out. They even put Germans and French to shame.

Would you have rather we given Poland's bit to Finland?

                        No

What I am saying is I am fascinated how this is playing out. First, the Poles support the US verbaly. Then, what the heck, they send 200 people in to show they mean it. Next thing they know they will be responsible for safety of 8 million people.

                        Whoa, just a moment
                        This just can't be right.

                          They won't be responsible.

They will just be a facade for the international PR stunt. The control will remain to the imperialist pigdogs. SOrry, to the USA

I have no problem with it. if this helps Poland to strengthen its identity then so it be. the Polands have been treated bad enough by their neighbours in the past.

I always bring in the question of who funded these polls. Most of the time it turns out some leftist organization of some sort. Patty cakes, you don't speak for other countries. So stop the BS.
