Actually my new Nation. The Democratic Republic of Sheepsta has only the De Lochte Biggen Republiek between me and Centralis. They are to Centralis' North-west.

New Sheepstan Chairman announced today that the time has come to allow an oppostion in New Sheepsta. The Chairman has said that this will not disrupt New Sheepsta's egalitarian society or socialist ideals, but the main aim of the new nation is to stabalise itself and retake those areas of the nation that are still occupied by Alecrast and Bulbargeden.

The protectorates over Sheepstan citizens is intollerable and we shall endevour to wipe out this infamy as long as we breathe. We cannot allow Sheepsta to be under another's grasp.

New Sheepsta Chairman would like to announce that the UN has recatogorised his nation as Authoritarian Democracy. He has also announced that he has admitted an application to join the United Nations, as the only true government of Sheepsta.

Throughout the puppets of North and South Sheepsta the New Sheepstan Unity beureu is helping dissidents rise up and to call for the reunification of Sheepsta under the New Sheepstan government now sited in the city of Fort Sheepsta, formerly known as Fort Jesus.

I think we'd all *love* to know how people would want out of societies with such high ratings in all fields (To the point where some might even call them excessive!), ratings even higher than the countries which protect them have!

Alecrast and Bulbagarden, along with the Caretaker governments of North and South Sheepsta, again must chide Riss for making comments when they clearly do not understand the situation, and we ask that you look over the historical records of the original Sheepsta incident, and of the Sheepsta Civil War. To make a long story short...this "New Sheepsta" is made up entirely of elements of the rebal armies defeated by the coalition of forces supporting the United States of Sheepsta, forces which showed on at least one occasion their willingness to use nuclear weapons, as well as slaughter POW's and other foreign nationals.

New Sheepsta would like to announce that Riis is more than welcome to assist it in its defence of Sheepstan assets and the re-unification of Sheepsta island.

Alecrast and Bulbagarden would like it if the other nations would give a timetable for when they will be ready for us to conduct the secondary referendum in the disputed states. They've had a number of attacks on them recently by New Sheepstan elements, and we'd like things sorted so they can be dealt with ASAP.

New Sheepsta denies these claims and has authorised the use of force to unite Sheepsta if the occupying powers do not leave in six months time.
