Even if I used all of them every year, 10,000 would only be 70 Billion. And the maintainance is likely to be much lower than that, maybe neaer 1 Million each? Anyway, if I allocate about 30 or 40 Billion to it, that should be plenty.
I think that would be 2nd biggest in the region. However I think it should be slightly higher, since "devotes most of its attentions to Defence" would imply something more like 8% of total GDP, than 8% of tax revenue. The US spends 6% of GDP, and that isn't devoting a 46% tax rate mostly to defence. I would say neaer 12% of that 10,848 Billion, and so about 1,085 Billion personally, but it's your RP.
