I have not heard from the Yokuza units for 45 minutes now, which is a worry with their supposed 30 minute check ins. Can anyone confirm the existance of radio jamming in the region?

Our pilots report small amounts of interference coming from across the Ubinian border, but they believe it is more likely to have been a result of the recent mortar attack on the main Yokuza communication centre. We will be flying one of our two AWACS planes into the area as a temporary replacement.

Can you confirm if it was a civillian communications centre of some sort? If so, and indeed the Yokuza were stationing it, it's quite likely that was their last stand around a makeshift field hospital.

Sheepsta has not declared war to my knowledge. Our weaponry is not tuned to attack rebels, for fear of attacking civilian targets. If Sheepsta does declare war on the Sovietskii Soyuz, Akiria will help defend the Soviets. However, at the moment, there is no army to defend against.

Moreover, we will not attack rebels. Rebels are a domestic affair, and many a drop of blood has been needlessly spilt int he defense of Legitimacy. We support Tassadars government, as the elected government, but have no troops to devote to it. Our automated systems are not set for guerrilla warfare, and so would be little use to defend against rebels.

as we said before we are able and ready to start humanitarian aid. we have several civilian transportplanes which can be flown to any city that needs them aircover is requested and needed of some nation that has a military. but our humantarian aid program (HAP) has been started to help the needing citizens of Sovietskii Soyuz

Our pilots reported that the building resembled a radio transmission station before it was attacked, but they classified it as the Yokuza communications centre as it seemed to be the only working transmitter in the area, and it was carrying most of their encrytped communications.

If so, and indeed the Yokuza were stationing it, it's quite likely that was their last stand around a makeshift field hospital.

Our AWACS plane and the recently arrived paratroopers have confirmed that the Yokuza are strill alive and kicking but they appear to have been driven back into the easternr esindential area. Our troops have converted a large area of parkland and rubble into a makeshift airstrip and we are flying in tanks, artillery and other heavy equipment to help them set up a defensive perimeter.

The Sovietskii Soyuz would also unfortunately announce that the blast in the residential distrcit in Tassagrad contained a low-level nuclear device and all peoples within a 3 mile radius are in danger of radiation exposure. The entire area is being evactuated and all hotels within the area are now free (with coupon). All state-owned busnesses are attempting to convert sections into mini-hostpials however international aid is needed desperately.

The Republic of Centralis is appalled that anyone would be willing to commit such an atrocity. We will begin flying in technicians, doctors and equipment ASAP; we know from experience the horrific effect that radiation can have on an area, after a nuclear meltdown occured near the city of Neuvostan five years ago.

The Sovietskii soyuz will require at least 14 Billion Ruble-Soviets in aid along with humanitarian services. Several cities are now in ruins and the infrastructure of the Sovietskii Soyuz has been devestated. Also note that the Federal Cities of Tassagrad and Shansheng are now in LOCKDOWN MODE. Permission is required by the Sovietskii Government to enter.

The government of Centralis is will to provide 50 billion centrals in humanitarian aid, which will come to approximately 10 billion ruble-soviets, but we can give no more. Such a sum is already beyond the resource sof our foreign aid budget and we have been forced to take out a loan from the Centralis National Bank to finance it.
