i would not discribe that as a strenght but as a weakness. Focussing to much on one single sector undermines the total strenght. Your military budget is probably almost entirely consumed by keeping your own people under control. For lack of wellfare and health makes people unhappy. It takes more then government control to learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone. It needs happy and devout people. Individuels that have chosen for a higher goal themselfs. Not forced upon them by a brilliant and cunning leader.

Actually, Guardinia's problem is more or less the opposite; our economy suffers from our compassion. We've spent hundreds of billions on social services, public health care, granting humanitarian aid, accepting refugees, etc., etc.
