The spendings are not part of the NationStates site. They are determined by a file made by another person, hosted off of the NationStates site. I think the link is somewhere on the first page or second page.

It's on the first one.
To get your nation's statistics, simply replace the name coming after "nation=..." with your nation's.
It's as simple as that.
