Phoenix - part I. Based on Wes MedMod 4.13

Has anyone played MedMod before?

Briefly a good while ago, but I never finished a game.

Played it a few times. A funky little creation, if only WesW was the CEO of Acticrap we could have got a decent game. I'm impressed with what Wes came up with. Why BM did you get rid of the militia's?

Never played MedMod before. It looks great but the tech tree is completely different. I need to study it carefuly
Any tip?

Well, the Great library is not for much help. I have printed the techtree from the readme files, that helps a little.

Appologies for the delay.
I use a dual boot system (Win98 & Win2K) and sometimes I forget to reboot from win98 where the MedMod is installed because after I download my mail I play all my other turns from my primary OS (Win2K) first and somehow I manage to forget to reboot and play Phoenix
