I didn't realise that we had a new thread. Next time we start a new one can it be posted in the old thread please.

Sorry, but we've been hit with a flu bug at work and I've had to pull a load of extra shifts at very short notice.

It is unlikely that I will be able to play my turns until Monday. Perhaps Prince Regent Quinns could be persuaded to sub in the meantime.

As a one-off if Quinns is prepared to Sub the Welsh then fine but as a matter of course I am not happy with the idea of Sub's from within the same Game.

Please in future try and arrange an external Sub as to do otherwise cannot help but remove a lot of the 'fog of war' which should exist in MP Games.

I hate to be a party pooper, but I'm not too happy about quinns taking the welsh. It's anoying enough having him on one border, and a 2 civ attack would be unfair (IMHO). I will bow to peer group pressure if need be, but I would also prefer another sub...

As for the permanent sub issue I was thinking of posting a topic where all would post their permanent subs there for sometime but could find time to do so yet. I have 2-3 permanent subs and I think it is not only a good idea to have some but a necessity. Anyway I am willing on subing for Demos in this game whenever you want to .
