We noticed two Roman cities on our continent. We insist that the Romans do not expand further into Dutch territory.

Very well. I originally claimed that part of the continent for myself, but I neglected to mention this fact, so I can't blame you for building cities there. Those two cities will form the border between the Roman and Dutch empires.
