Anyhow, here's a screenie of Nicola's nice shield, in action. For some reason it seems to require a black Alpha channel, so this is what happens when you leave the white in.

Here's w/black background. Either DXTbmp isn't doing alpha right, or cIV uses black when it should be transparent...

And here's Stormian Blue (255,0,0). Of course, here you probably want to fill that border out a bit more...

Finally, here's blue/red, on opposite sides as they are on the shield. An interesting effect... (Red is 128,0,0; blue is 0,0,255)

Snoop at first I was hesitant about installing a mod, but if the graphics are going to be that good, I definately won't hersitate when the mod is released...

BTW, I hope you start to feel better soon. And maybe now you will have learnt like me that hoodies and chavs need to be shot themselves

OK Fellas, just a quick heads up:

if we want, we can right something to gon in the civilopedia, about GS, for the mod, as well as have our own city list. There may well be other things. If we want any of this done, it has to be done in the next few days, before the next patch is released.

I would suggest giving a history of the PTWDG, personally, and getting hte city list from the last game, sorting that out into the order of importance (ie, EotS, Tempest, Hurricane, Winds of Change, Arashi, Cyclone, Boulderberg, Monsson, Dissidentville, Inchon, Inchoff, Elipolis, WhirlWind, Olibanum Gale, Tornado, Typhoon, Santa Ana, Sirrocco, Blizzard, Sufa, Orangesoda, and then all of the Lego Colonies...).Just because we have a city list does not mean it has to be used, but it would be good to include it in the mod for posteritry, IMO.


Who knows, maybe one day future peope will find a scrathed HD, somehow get it to work, and then find the history of GS, and search the World for traces of the fabled "Isle of Stormia"
