Likely they'll take exception to the 20 turn treaty. If that occurs I suggest we tell them that we're concerned that if we tie ourselves down like that we won't have the freedom to intervene should PAL attack Banana, which would throw off our three way balance of power.

Thanks for the reply, but we were hoping to get confirmation regarding monarchy for alphabet.

We have perused the alphabet route, but would like an assurance this can be traded for monarchy (which we believe you guys are in the process of obtaining).

Do we have a deal?

Monarchy + Medi/Poly + Priesthood for Alphabet + Writing.

Deal to be done as soon as PAL have researched Alphabet and Rabbit have researched Monarchy. (Partial deal can be done before this, but this can be discussed later).

PAL agree to the 20 turn peace treaty; but we feel for optimum researching conditions, a lengthier treaty is required, but this too can be discussed later.
