The delay was dealing with the PNG Consulate in Brisbane. It seems it takes 6 days to stick a piece of paper in a passport.

But it was nice to get home - even for such a sad occassion.

Okay, a replacement player is needed.

The harddrive on my main computer has most likely died, and I'm stuck with my old notebook which isn't exactly the best equipment for playing civ4, so to save time I'm asking for someone else to play.

No idea, but in the future I might be forced to buy the Dvd again. My current DVD has a nasty rip from the inside out and I don't know if it will be reliable to install the game again if I'm forced to buy a new harddrive.
