I'm there cutting 1 1/2" spacers that you need for this laminate in every doorway, but that the install kit does not provide. Actually, the whole install kit is a ripoff, but that's a rant for another time and place.

And, the neighbor happened to be working on his car alarm. So, as I'm chopping, this horn starts blasting. Yeah, that made me jump a bit, and at the wrong time, hence the finger.

Well, smooth move. So you'll have something to remember this excellent project long after you've moved on up. I still have a scar on a knuckle of my left hand from one of my favorite removations on a place I used to live in, kinda cool to have. Funny, I remember the whole accident clear as a bell 12 years later...chug chug chug *slip* chug chug chug yeeeeoooooooo!

A neat loft with two large 4x4 skylights one of which I had customized to open and lay back so I could use my little K-Mart telescope. Place even had a hanging/swinging oak love chair suspended between the skylights.

Rob, watch out for those nassy Aussie spiders that'll rip the head off a rabbit before he has a chance to say 'lettuce get the hell outs here'. Send the wife if she's shorter, just makes sense.

Day after tomorrow, when my provision closet is empty, I'll leave for sunnier area's. In other words, I'm on vacation. Should be back 2,5 weeks from now, but if the weather is good...

Just to let you know that very soon I will be very hard pressed to do turn reports.

I would say that things should be ok for the next week or two, then the Xmas mania will steal me away for the next couple of months........

Hope one or more of you guys can do the honours during my absence, otherwise we may have to adopt a different playing technique.......
