Ok, I think everything's clear now.
Warriorpoet says he sent me an e-mail which I never got asking me to resend my turn. He just sent me another note and I've resent the turn to him.
so things should be moving again soon.
If something like this ever happens again, I know I'd personally rather have much harrassment than sit for three days, so don't hesitate to say something.
btw, this is exactly why I both post and e-mail all turn-movement related communication.

Sorry, but I have confirmation of my email sent on the 9th, asking for a resend.
Fortunately, this situation is now resolved and I have sent my file on to the Persians.
Here is the scenario that jacked it all up:
I received my file from Ananias
I saved it into the directory
I loaded from the front menu screen as always
I soon discovered to my horror that I was playing the egyptians...the civ before Ananias...
Naturally I immediately quit and emailed Ananias...
I received no response, then I sent him a resend
I got the file from him, and this time it worked.
So...any thoughts on how this happened? I believe I was sent the wrong file initially. I always rename the save files as such: vvv XXXXBC/AD to the (next player). This way, when I go to send the turn, I know I am sending the right file, without having to decide which of the two saves with the same date is the right one.
Again, I appologize for this delay, but if we all follow the above process, then we shouldn't have any more problems.
Also, back during the holidays, I had other people at my house, and I was delayed because some one had DELETED the email!!!! Fortunately, they had not also removed it from the deleted items folder, so the potential delay was not as sever. However, I am also appologizing for this problem in the flow of things.

I'm not saying you didn't send it. The Great Almighty Internet isn't perfect.
I'm not sure how it happened either, since I checked the file I sent you. I agree on your renaming method, I employ the same method.
But its in the past now and, as they say, all's well that ends well.
