The archive should be almost 4MB. If it is not, try a download manager to make sure you get the whole thing.

Unzip into the Civ3\Conquests\Scenarios folder. It will create two separate folders, which contain the important files. The .biq file is not really necessary to play.

bah this is tiring me and u too i think

got it now in the right folder - but again a file is missing - now there shoulod be in the ww2 folder\ art\ units a fighter\ folder with fighter.ini in

I have only a rifleman\ and heavy bomber\ in art\unit\ folder, do u have this special fighter files??

where can i get dem - u could also just look for another sub with less problems

This could be a problem. The "Fighter" graphics are not scenario-specific, they are taken from the standard Civ3 units. You should have a Fighter folder under Civ3\Art\Units and/or Civ3\Conquests\Art\Units... If the game is missing this file, it will probably need all the other folders with the respective .ini files for units (re)named in English. Which, unless you copy them, could probably break your other games.

Ya I have done renaming when I had problems with german civ and english conquests - very anoying - in the end all was crap and I had to get german conquest too

Unless you have a way around it, I fear we need to look for another replacement.

I know I do. Nobody had the problems you describe, so I assume we all use it.

For a 'heads up', I'm going on holidays starting Wednesday and won't be back until the first week in August.

Drastic measures

Still no replacement there. I believe we are (were...) all enjoying this game, so I am considering simply retiring Spain to let us continue. A player to take over would be better, but no luck there. The Spanish turn comes after mine, so I would simply use the admin password, and send the save directly to Soltz.

Please post if you agree or disagree. We have time, as we need to wait yet another week for Soltz to come back (he is the next player in the turn order).
