but I use a table spoon fer a dozen wings..

Habenero peppers (little pumpkin looking peppers are darned hot..150 times hotter than Jalepeno on the Scovil scale)

But this is the best I have had as for taste and not too hot but hot enough to enjoy

I can remember several Saturday nights at Sal's in Burlington, N.C. sitting there watching Billy just get completely tanked. But one thing was consistent...he kept talking up the "Grillin' Sauce". And about that, at least, he was correct. Good Call Gramps.
