2900 BC happening to Conqueror...
Seems we've all meet eachother. High mobility in those early ages. Everyone seems to be eager to drink a cup of tea with me and discuss some tech trading. Nothing to offer at the moment. The Gods haven't been very kind to me with the goodie hut popping. Wandering barbs have probably been popped by me. Working on writing. Offering it in 8 turns. Offers go by PM. If I hear nothing I'll assume you 3 are doing pretty well at techs.
Game on...don't worry about things you have no influence on...

This isn't anything that will be formally penalized, but:
As far as this game goes, you should not discuss any technology you have not already discovered, even the ones you are currently researching, unless you have an embassy with the other person. I think this is the clearest line that can be drawn on the matter.

McMeadows should establish embassy once he has discovered writing, with us others, before discussing in detail.
Ofcourse, McMeadows can offer the tech to all once he has researched it, and then sell it to one who does best offer in-game diplo screen, even without embassy, as just offering the tech in-game does not require that. But it should not be discussed outside game before embassies, as agreed.
