  • I assume a good beer would make senor Dejon happier and more willing to offer his daughter (or niece) for marriage!
*whispers*C´mon boy, pay him a good beer! Or two! And get one for yourself, a very strong one, if you want to make good impression!

    • I am a priest so I don't need to make a good impression, I already do.

But the blessed wine of the church is annoying me somewhat and I like beer.

Nuclearis, your strongest ale please? I expect that señor Dejon likes to drink strong beer... ?

        • * Señor Dejon enters

Ah, I have heard many tales of this place. Recently restored, is it?

I don't normally drink, my friends, but I'm sure one won't hurt...

          * Patrons look bewildered that Señor Dejon does not drink

Well, where I come from, the drink is a luxury. It also slows the body, which I cannot abide.

          * Those close to him take a longer look at this Dejon...

          [Description]
Jaguar Dejon is not what you might expect of the male Dejons. He is only slightly taller than the average man. His limbs do not have the legendary girth of the fabled warrior line either. Rather, his build is definitely muscular, but more like a wild cat than a bear. At first glance, one might simply say he was a young warrior, with a bit of experience, but if you look into his eyes...you see the triumph and sadness of many, many battles.

          • Hmmm...this new Dejon looks like a young warrior, with a bit of experience.

Hold on a minute...as I look into his eyes, I see...Holy flaming cow!...I see the triumph and sadness of many, many battles!

                          • *Don Plaguates is getting in the partymood after some drinks:

"God has forgiven me for all my sins! He did, because I forgave the murderer of my son... I can still fight him and take his life, because I have already forgiven him. It doesn't matter, he can be my friend now and we can fight after getting drunk toghether.
I just read it in the good book: God will forgive me anyway. What an nice religion we have!"

** Don's clansmen is looking a little dissapointed and head towards the door saying:

"Hey, you untalented retractable-spear smugglers! You can all go home now, there will be no killing for you. Only a duel, and its for Don and Polaris. "

***Then the robed clansmen leave the building with their retractable-spears. On their way home:

clansman1: What I pity, did he call off the vendetta by forgiving?

clansman2: Yeah, I guess its the new faith. - Thou shalt not kill.

clansman3: What a stupid rule. What if Neu Demogyptia attacks Spain. Can't we kill them then?

clansman1: Hmm... I guess we can kill heathens?

clansman3: No not really. We should convert them the book says.

clansman2: sure easy! Tell them to accept our new God right out there on the battlefield. They'll probably say "Okidoki" and drop their swords.

                            clansman3: Really?

clansman2: I was using irony... moron!

                            clansman3: Oh.

clansman1: This is no problem. I just call it selfdefence when I go to confession. Then I get forgiven without question.

                              • I think the señores have a bit misunderstood the word of the Lord.
A murder is a murder and cannot be forgiven, whether it has happened due to vendetta or not, it is still a murder.

The sixth commandment is "Thou shalt not murder".

The almighty God is a forgiving god, but that does not imply, nor justifly that you can violate his commands.

The only occasion in which you are allowed to kill your brother is when he thereatens to kill you: the point of his sword is on your throat, and there is no way out other then to kill him.

The almighty God himself shall judge if you deserve the eternal life or rather the everlasting fire. That depends on hjow well you adhere to his commandments.
