Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
we discussed your offer in our team, and it seems everybody would love to see it happening. As we most likely will not be able to get another tech in 13 turns, the trade is perfect. There is a difference in beaker cost (computers is 6240, rocketry only 5760), but we can easily compensate this by e.g. only sending you 500 g back, instead of 600g.
As to the lux deal: we understand it would be 'safer' for you in case it's a pure gpt deal. We haven't talked about precise pricing, but in principle certainly agree to the deal. But this only comes later: up to turn 250, the lux is payed for, so the next 7 turns we should be fine. Only afterwards do we owe you money, so let's wait a bit before negotiating that.

DeepO
Hello DeepO,
I hope the transports were empty.
To our Trades. We have the following proposal. We are currently already researching Rocketry. We'll be finished in about 13 turns. So what about if you give us computers in let'S say two or three turns and we pay 600G to you now. In 13 turns you receive rocketry and give us back the 600G. So it's tech for tech. I don't know the exact beaker costs of rocketry compared to Computers but if there is a difference, we can afford it to compensate it in gold.
That leaves the upcomming Luxurydeal open. Here we'd prefer a G/T base if you don't mind. G/T is great if we research. How much? I'm sure we find an acceptable arrangement in that point too. What do you say?
Greetings
Darekill
Hi DeepO,
as always dealing with you is easy and satisfying.
We'll do it like we worked it out.
As for the prize for the luxury I'm sure we will have no problems to find a fair prize.
Greetings
Dare
I didn't have to send you anything, right? I totally forgot, only now that I need to send an e-mail to you, I rememered we might have some deals left to discuss.
Anyway, the coming days should get a bit less hectic, let's sort out all diplo things then.
Could you do us a favour? I hope this is not too late. We're reviewing options here, and possibly, we need you to finish something neither us or GoW could do. Could it be possible to hold playing the save for a couple of hours at least, so we can have time reviewing things? It is very urgent, and if our first thoughts were correct, it has huge implications on the game.

I'm sorry. We seem to have cleared it up by ourselves. Many thanks for your patience, it is no longer needed to hold the save. As you might imagine, things are extremely hectic as of late, and it looked like for a moment we needed your urgent help. But we found a way... sorry to have bothered you, and enjoy the save!
The deal was to send us 600 gold as an advance, a guarantee. We send you computers in return right now. Once you discover rocketry you'd send that to us, and we send you 500 gold back. (100 gold difference to compensate beaker difference)
The 500 gold now is no problem, we know we can trust you on your word. So you send us 500 now, we send you computers. When you discover rocketry you send it to us and we send 400 back. Okay?
Nice doing business with you,
DeepO
Hi DeepO!
I've send you ingame 500 Gold for the techdeal computer - rocketry (we will have it in 10 turns).
I hope this was right in this way, otherwise contact me please.
Uh, i'm really sorry!
Nice to hear from you that you trust me, but i will send next turn the 100 gold, this was the deal and so we make it, otherwise its a disadvantage to GS
sent to bischop by PM and to the generic ND email:
Hi ND,
GS would like to apologise for leaving a tank on your part of Lego. It was enthusiastically chasing barbarians when it ran out of petrol! It will be removed this turn.
Closer to our homes, we both seem to have numerous naval units in the straits between Borconia and Stormia. Perhaps we could agree to a fixed number of naval scouts in this area - for the mutual safety of both sides.

Gathering Storm
hmm, I suppose our tank had already gone by the time they saw this. Never mind, they should get the idea.
Hi Cort Haus,
the tank is no problem.
I think an agreement about the number of naval scouts in the street of
Stormia and Borconia is no problem.
What do you think about 4 ships and 4 subs on each side?
Other point:
I've made with DeepO a deal at ~12 december.
GS sent us computer in 1275ad and we will send rocketry ten turns later.
We sent you as "safety" 600 gold.
We will have rocketry in 1320ad so you'll have it in 1325ad cause of the
turn-order and send us 500 gold back (100 gold difference to compensate
beaker difference).
Regarding the security situation in the ocean between Borconia and Stormia, our main concern is the possible threat of Marines and Transports.
Transports within 1 turn's movement of the opposing coastline, either in cities or at sea, can be a hazard when combined with Marines, so perhaps we should both keep our transports further back than this for our mutual security benefit.
On Legoland, could we respectfully ask if your Infantry division on the Uranium source on the GS side of the border might return to the GoW/ND side. Many thanks
if you are concerned with anything in GS-ND policy just write me
Well, we are concerned about something, as it happens.
We were quite surprised to learn that your have seized GS holdings on Legoland from the stewardship of our allies, RP. Especially surprised seeing that GS-ND are only about a turn away from concluding a tech-cash deal, and ND's reputation for honouring their deals is of the highest standard.
A rogue, 'Strangelovian' general, perhaps? Fog in Legoland? Faulty steering on the tanks? An April Fool joke in March even?
Here's hoping for an honourable and amicable conclusion to this unfortunate misunderstanding. ;-)
