Hey, somebody has to work, sometimes

Not to worry, I'm going home, and the turn will be done in less then an hour.

        Sent to alexman.

I'm having problems with my PC, so it might be that I'm not always present the following hours.

In case anyone has missed it or forgotten, all else being equal, research goes a lot faster on a small map than on a standard one. That's going to have an interesting effect on research dynamics as our game progresses.

True. I should have said "early research," since once all the land is occupied, things are presumably designed to balance out more. What they probably really should have done (not that I blame them for not thinking of it) is to have the earliest techs cost the same regardless of map size and have costs go up a higher percentage on bigger maps farther along in the game.

Don't worry, I'll kill you soon so ours won't last long.
If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

I'm at work right now, and probably won't get the turn sent until a little after 7:00 U.S. Central Time (1:00 a.m. GMT if I have the offset right). Sorry I can't do it sooner.

Now I even start this game before going to work... it's going the wrong way

Turn sent to alexman, and I'm off to work.

Our time zones are working out well.
                                Your turn Nathan.
