We have never affirmed we were exploring. We've always mentioned we were in neutral territory and did not have to explain ourselves for being in neutral territory. This in answer to your idiotic similar claims when you were being a pain with your exploring warrior.

Now, we have since learned that Babylon has joined an allliance against us. We believe that Babylon has Horseman units, perhaps many, and may wish to bring those units close to our borders. Clearly this is not exploration. Clearly this is aggressive intent. We are a peaceful nation, however aggressive intent shall be dealt with severely, as you have seen.
I'd love to know where this information comes from. Right now we just have your rumors. BTW - horses move more than 1 space per turn. A very effective way to 'explore'.

They exploring units were close to obviously hostile lands. Maybe they didn't want to get lost or slaughtered. Good thing they stuck together. I could have been worse for the jolly bards.

I'm not sure how you could conclude that.....we were at peace with them and we had not shown any aggression until they attacked us

Yeh, I guess it could have been worse. I mean, instead of losing every single unit they sent to that first attack they could have....errrr, hold on, no.....ummm

So invading their territory and threatening to raze a defensless city in the early game was just a social call? That explains a lot about the Desolate way of thinking!

It's sarcasm, not arrogance... I'll have to keep telling myself, it's so easy to misinterpret this. How about this being ironic, or sarcastic?

Anyway, we could have taken a few more units down with us.

but our warrior *was* just exploring, you cannot in all honesty have considered him a threat to your army can you? If so, I am only imagine the hell your laundry lady is going through with all the brown underwear being produced now that we have a stack of immortals to play with

Your warrior was keeping a few of our troops busy as well as hindered a few warriors. Moreover, you had proven to "accidentily" walk into our lands before. No good rep there....

                      bahh hummbugg Moonbars

                      your leader lied every turn

he agreed time and again to go in certain directions, then each time would break his word and move in a different direction

then scream that he did not have to be TOLD where to go....

funny part of him "AGREEING" to moving somewhere is that he has the chance at that time to put forth his complaints etc if he felt he was being "TOLD" to do something...

and if he was being TOLD and did not want to do it, then why did he keep agreeing to do it in the first place

just a liar is the way the Horde took him to be...

That's quite a good point Plato, excellent in all but one small detail - We never threatened to burn their city, in fact we told them we intended to leave peacfully.

What peace loving people is that? Any of the AM or Lost Boys want to honour their sacrifice? The Axis of Evil certainly are not peace loving..

I was not aware that you had been a party to our early game discussion with the Euphoricans regarding our exploring warrior, does that mean that your alliance with them pre-dated you actually meeting our team in-game?

You see, the problem with Desolator Dave was that he was deeply misunderstood all his life.

For years, all he wanted to do was to be a tap dancer, but it just didn't fit in with the role his father had sired him for.. Desolating. Dave the Desolator? Nay, he yearned to be Dave the Dancer!

We order him back, truly we did, but he ran off with a Euphorican Tavern wench he met called Sally the Singer. They travelled around wherever they pleased, tap-dancing a fandango for all the hordites they encountered.. until that unfortunate day when he accused that Horde horseman of looking at Sally the wrong way, and the Horseman let his mount tap-dance a fandango on his head...

How many of you figured I was going somewhere else with the Sally thing?

So that's what this is all about - a frustrated tap dancer gone bad.
