One would expect with anywhere between 15 and 20 battles in a single turn, the RNG effects should be fairly well minimised. Somehow, I get the feeling this will be put to the test quite soon

      Aqua,

Why do you think the Euphoricans are relaying on luck anyway, is it not enough to have conscripted in the opportunistic Horde as well? Surely they don't need all their army, a stack of 20 odd Hordites AND luck to acheive the current stalemate with us, do they?

No, we are NOT relying on luck. We mistrust luck due to that previous encounter. Hence we have ensured adequate force to end your vicious reign of Desolate, amusical terror ...

            Adequate force?

            Perhaps we'll see about that

No, it means that what was previously thought of by Euphorica as adequate force, is quite possibly now rather hopelessly inadequate force

same old, same old with you dear Aqua. Again you win a battle and you start being a hot shot. And next time an army will knock on your door, you will get mad again and think of silly arguments.

In the end, Euphorica is in it to celebrate only the victory of war, not that one of a battle, that one can be yours.

Enjoy your brew and congrats on the magnificent battle odds

We see that the Fates have favored DR once again. However, it warms my heart to recall the fickleness of Lady Luck, and those who depend on her generally find her deserting them at the worst possible time ...

We also rejoice at the note that you did not come out of this unscathed by a long shot, and your immortal force is at less than half strength, after taking on one of your opponents - and still leaving a force that must be reckoned with in its wake, in addition to our friends out in the wings... Perhaps you should save your cockiness while you are still dancing in the fire

Having since spoken with McMeadows & Snoopy, they have confirmed that they did *not* intend to suggest any such thing, and I am hence apologising to McMeadows on the grounds that some people may have been fooled by my post into thinking he *had* said the above sentance in " " marks.

LOL! you may be right.. but then again, we've done it before, so I see no reason to suppose that we will not be able to score a hat trick against the Horde's pile.

Sorry, *stack* Dont want anything to do with any piles, no sir!

Editing other's quotes ... and Magnitude of disaster? You lost 33hp of 4 attack immortals, we lost around 50 hp of spearmen and swordsmen. I'll give you that we're not happy with this exchange, and the RNG definitely favored you (4 to 4) ... but this is not an unmitigated disaster, but rather something we planned for, and are happy to see the immortal pilestack well cut down.

You planned to have your most powerful strike force decimated? That is the most hilarious strategic move I've seen! No wonder your allies call you the Bards, for you certainly do not know how to fight

You continue to miss the point dear fellow. Throughout this conflict we have stated we desire peace, yet no-one was interested.....you all thought with your 3-on-1 dogpile you would beat us into submission. While you have been "hot-shotting" it around, hopping from mountain to mountain in a pointless and indecisive muddle, we have been quietly building sufficient forces to destroy your army wherever it stands, while maintaining security in the west. Then we invited you onto our mountain and you took the bait. We are not hot shots as you call it, but we have decisively won 2 battles against your forces.

I suggest instead of continuing to ignore the undeniable truth of your complete military failure so far in this game, you go back to your allies the Horde and Babylon and make sure they still support you
