huh. Interesting that the Macmillan dictionary defines collusion that way. The word basically means a deceitful or unholy alliance, not necessarily one which is entirely hidden.
For instance, the Webster's definition merely states that the word invokes an agreement or cooperation for "an illegal or deceitful purpose". The alliance itself may be out in the open, but its purpose is many times the source of the disception
That's basically what I was getting at... labor (red) getting in bed with nationalism (brown) - a truly unholy alliance
