I don't think that it's a good idea for the AI to play the Russian turn
(Personally, it's no skin off my nose if I don't get to play - ANZAC will be able to play his own turn)
Curt: Soundwave's never claimed this as his own work, and you don't need the scenario creator's permission to start a PBEM.
Soundwave did post a 'new scenario' message on the CFC Scenario creation board which I asked him to clarify as most 'new scenario' posts on that board are from people advertising their own scenarios.'Arguing with anonymous strangers on the internet is a sucker's game because they almost always turn out to be - or to be indistinguishable from - self-righteous sixteen year olds possessing infinite amounts of free time.'

Izvestia, Dec 1869 (Julian Calender)
Ivan Richardovich Sacked, Unknown Brought In
Tsar Alexander II fired his Prime Minister, Ivan Richardovich, after only a month of service, due to his inexplicable absences, and that the Tsar couldn't make heads or tails of what Richardovich was doing with military planning. In fact, some in the Tsar's inner circle belive Richardovich left his office early one day, and left many troop movements up to the inept General Alexei Ivanov. Richardovich was replaced by relative unknown Djems Kurkov who promised, with the Tsar's backing, to speed up political reforms and abide by standing international agreements. Kurkov also pledged to make things easier for everyone by finally adopting the Gregorian calender, as of next month, which means that next year, we will have no January. However, the calender swap is not expected to easen the infamous Russian Winter.
Yet Another Modernization Program Unveiled
As has become habitual with incoming governments since the time of Peter the Great. Premier Kurkov announced he was shocked at the backwards state of Russia, and set out on a modernization plan for all of Russia. Frontier areas will focus on building their economy and then providing education for the cities which are expected to grow quickly, and the bulk of Russia will improve its education and production infrastructures. Kurkov also invited foreign investment, and is asking all governments for potential technology exchanges, or in the (very likely) situation that Russia can offer no technology, then favorable trading terms will be offered in exchange for foreign technology.
Kurkov Says Balkans Are "Off-Limits"
Premier Kurkov announced that in the spirit of Pan-Slavism, the independent nations of southern Europe shall have their territorial integrity guaranteed by Russia.Attached Files
