True. But our games stop for a couple of hours while they, um, negotiate their borders. The borders get breached much much much much much much much much much later. In fact, sometimes, they never actually get to breach them because they've never actually come to agreement on them.

We didn't really have agreements in our old long term games either. Borders were what you could enforce, not what you could negotiate
