If you attack, your attacker automatically moves into the space vacated. It murders my Knights. Is there any way round this?

Yes, there is a way: don't initiate your attack with the mouse, but with the num pad instead!
If you do that, your attacker won't use any leftover movement to go to the now empty place!Ankh-Morpork, we have an orangutan...

Do not use the mouse for any critical movement. Always use keypad for attacking if you don't want to expose your attacking forces.Comment
