      Peace and War

      1772 - signed a peace treaty with the Japanese.

      1774 - Just exploring

      1776 - Removed troops from an Aztec island. Forced Japanese to remove their troops from the Sapporo region.

      1778 - Just exploring, irrigating.

      1780 - discovered the advanced tribe Salamis.

      1782 - started building libraries and universities.

      1784 - Mapping the Japanese and Viking islands.

      1786 - One of our transports mapping the Viking area was sunk by a Viking destoyer.

      1788 - Sneak attack by Japanese!!!!!! Paratroopers drop in on Nagasaki from Persian controlled Sapporo. Take out catapults. Next turn we will try to take the city. Bombed Hakodate.

      1790 - Japanese bomb Hamadan, leaving it undefended by troops. Cruise missile attack on Edo. Hamadan fighters shoot down bomber.

      1792 - Izumo bombed. Nagasaki taken by paratroopers!!! Hakodate left defenceless by bombing but we have no troops nearby to take the city. Wait! Paratroopers are ready and do the job!

                1792 - Caliph Marius appointed to be the next Ayatollah. To show his appreciation, he has the detractors on the council flogged. He evaluates the state of the world, and decides that there are too many infidels. They must be punished. Persia has by far the mightiest air force in the world, all units are immediately dispatched to kill foreigners. To begin, the people of Edo in Japan are converted to the true religion for a mere 360 gold. A trifling amount, Persian peasants lose this much in their couch cushions!

                1794 - The Persian air force captures Izumo. A helicopter flying east finds a Viking trireme in its way. Instead of flying around the hapless boat, our heli riddles it full of lead. The Vikings are outraged and declare war!

                1796 - Kyoto bombed into submission, paratroopers capture the city and raze all sushi bars to the ground! Sushi cooks are forced to braise, fry, sear, bake, and grill fish for three days straight. Vending machine mechanics are sent to the palace for interrogation. A wandering helicopter stumbles upon the new Celtic village of Rhymney. They need not add it to the map, if you catch my drift. The indignant Celts declare war! Don't they see our ways our superior? Bombers discover the Viking city of Lindholm, paratroop priests "convert" the citizens.

                1798 - The great mobilization of the air force continues. Many new mass transit systems completed to check pollution. We're so stinkin' rich! Ayatollah Marius pockets some for himself...

                1800 - The Japanese sue for peace. In response, we capture Osaka and Nara. Foolish heathens.

                1802 - The front wave of helicopters captures Carmarthen. Reinforcements are swarming in to continue the assault.

                1804 - The dastardly Japanese are eliminated with the capture of Satsuma, Matsuyama, Nagoya, and Kagoshima. Sushi is outlawed. On the eastern front, the first carrier arrives. Helicopters and bombers capture Caerphilly, Cork, Armagh, and Cardiff. Cunobelin is drowned in guiness at a grisly public execution. Our enlightened wise men have discovered space flight! Now we can get off this flat planet and convert aliens to our ways.

                1806 - Caernarfon sacked. The silly Aztecs declare war when we demand tribute! The fools will pay as soon as we can get some more units to their remote islands.

                1808 - Doctors discover the Cure for Cancer! People across the realm rejoice. Paratroopers discover an advanced tribe, Lisbon. It's conveniently about halfway to Azteca, our bombers can reach without carriers. If it's still standing, that is. Tintagel falls to our mighty military. Advance helicopters sack Texcoco, and partisans fill the hinterlands! Quick, get that carrier moving! The Ayatollah decides the Carthaginians are a bunch of worthless scum in need of conversion. Our front wave of lead-packed enlightenment releases the citizens of Rusicade, Cartenna, and Utica from their old, wrong ways.

                1810 - The Apollo Program is completed! The map shows just how superior the Persians are. If only the blasted world was round, we'd already be done with the Carthaginians! Because it lies on the flight path to Carthage, we sack Ormuz. The Mongols aren't at all thankful. We'll have to teach them a lesson, as well. The air force makes quick work sacking Carthage and dispatching a horde of partisans to hell. It seems our paratroopers got a bit jump-happy, as none remained in Utica to defend the eight bombers there. The southern force arrives and kills all Aztec partisans, then sacks Teotihuacan. The last Celtic city of Kells falls, putting an end to their independence.

                Ayatollah Marius the Conqueror decides to abdicate his leadership. All 41 million Persians are saddened by this, but bathe gladly in the glory he has brought our people. Marius retires at the end of his 10th turn as Ayatollah. He returns to Marquis Haven to establish the Theological Institute for Impressionable Young Babes. Tuition is cheap, send your daughters! Our next Ayatollah should be able to wipe the map clean of infidels, should he so choose.

                              Let's go ahead with the next person in the list. MBloom can take his turn again when he's finished moving and arranging his house. I was out for a couple of weeks after I moved a few months ago.

                                ok thats me then, i will download the save tonight and play it then, if he comes back sooner he could always play this round out of turn if necessary....
