    Thanks SG.....

For starting another game and inviting me!

    So here goes:

Ms. Mercatia took her reign in the year 3250 A.D.
    Scouse Holme began building Colossus.
Mercatia rushed to build a warrior for a sense of protection.
Straybow switched to building a settler the mayor was insistent
    something called infrastructure?

    3200 A.D.
With a soldier in town Mercatia started building a chariot.
The people have rumored of huts nearby.

Mercatia also called up Emperor Hammrabi and gave him a stern
lecture about sending no less than two of his savage warriors
across the borders of straybow. Lucky for me he apologized and
    left! Whew!

    3150 A.D.
Our Scrolls have learned something called Pottery. So Mercatia
put them to work on Monarchy. So someday she may be know as
    Queen!

    3100 A.D.- 2950 A.D
Nothing happend so Mercatia drank Margaritas and layed on the
    beach!

    2900 A.D.
The annoying Emperor Ham called to show off his knowledge of
    map making.

    2850 A.D.
All was quiet so Mercatia hung purple drapes in the palace.

    2800 A.D.
The scrolls learned Monarchy so Mercatia put them to work on
Writing. She then began a revolution and was kidnapped.
Hopefully she will be rescued so she may rise again another day.

Great work, Mercatia - leading to:
Lesson 1 - The oedo cycle - changes of government can only occur on every fourth turn - at Deity in the early years this falls on evenhundred and fifty BC - unfortunately, by Revolting in 2800 you have sentenced the Scousers to the maximum 3 turns of Anarchy -- not a disaster from Despotism, but it might have been at a higher level of government

Please feel free to totally ignore this old fart's ramblings

      SG[1]

p.s. (added in edit) and thank you for picking up and turning round the game so promptly

            Next player then ...
Me without 2.42, it's like siberia in winter without a mantle
Is this the spirit of the "goulag" ?

So it should have waited until 2050?

I do apologize for my ignorance and will study real hard.

Fearless thats entirely up to you. You never put me on your play list so I figured you didn't wish for me to play in your game.

Would it be bad form to play in 2 succession games at once?

If so, sign me up anyway. I just posted the first 10 turns in Fearless's Game #1, so there's no reason I can't muck up your game too

I gather it's SG[1], Mercatia, and Messer Niccolo so far... ?
