Ladies and Gentlemen, it is with great fanfare that I wish to present to you... THE TURN!
A grand total of one(!) speedbuy requisition was received by the Ministry of Trade and Finance. The request was granted. I had money left, however, and was feeling charitable, so I made speed buys at random.
This is that last time I am going to tell you this, so I will try to be succinct.

Now that that cat is out of the bag, I an curious to know whose jurdistiction this enterprising fellow falls under (and for what mission was he sent into the middle of Sweden)?

He is inciting the swedish workers to rise up against their German neighbors. His heroic yet simple lifestyle, travelling only with his trusty steed, shall inspire the midevil minded Swedes!!! 
That or he is heading for the luxorious Swedish Coast.
