Count me in as an uninformed citizen (cause I really don't understand the concept

The president actualy plays the game.
The ministers advise the president on actions taken.
The citizens vote in polls and add their comments to the plans the ministers provide so the gouverment knows in witch direction the people want our nation to head.Comment
