Ack, I forgot to jot down the amount that the oil freight brought in, but it was 140-170 gold. Seville won the "where should we build SETI" poll quite handily and we had plenty of freights there ready to go.

haven't had too much time to look at the turns, but first glance, it looks great transports are in much better position for what is available - could use a couple more - primarily for freeport when the time comes, looks like will need to be escorted for delivery anywhere else than Canton) I'm also curious as to what the actual delivery value was for the WhereItsAt Oil -good job removing the food route

Good turns Ixnay. I've cleaned out my inbox, so you should be able to send me the save.

7th in Military service with the Mongols at 9 years! We'll win a war on a shoestring.

Good job sinking those Mongol transports!

It would be nice to go to 2 turns/tech for science, though.

where did we lose the transport near freeport? was it trying to get to freeport from Panama Canal? or was it trying to do a delivery and never got back?

Also, where did the transport outside Barcelona from the 1874 save go? *hopes it wasn't the transport I had earmarked for deliveries from Barcelona to Southern Japan and Eastern China*

Seville... yes, it did win... but I can still be disappointed can't I? I think the original 'where SETI' poll didn't have much of a science focus to it.

@obiwan, if we can average 100g/freight, delivering 6-8/turn consistently will get us to 2 turns/tech with ease.

                    Looks good.

Especially the part about the 7 units on the Mongol transport

So true. I have to admit I was pessimistic about holding on to a few cities in the face of a militarily-swollen AI, but it has worked out much better than I expected. President Ixnay has done a great job of holding on to those cities!

I doubt I would have done as well.

Would you like to give reasons why we should? Not saying there aren't some, but a supported argument is more compelling to me than an unsupported one.

well, for starters, we could then move that cruiser out of cordoba without having to wait for the superhighways to be built It also would allow many more cities to celebrate *wonders if he should post examples *

Actually, I was trying to encourage John to be more expansive and evidential in his posts.

I already know that you do not suffer that problem.
