Everyone hates paying taxes- so here's your chance to vote on your tax rate!
(Don't you wish you could do this in real life?)
Our current tax rate is 20 tax 50 science and 30 luxuries.
We develop techs every 4 turns and earn 232 gold with expenses of 59 gold.
How shall we change our current tax rate?
Several options:
10/60/30 - Increases science rate, though it does not decrease turns/tech. Our income decreases to 117 gold/turn.
Stay the same- my preference. We need the cash to rush factories and other improvements.
WLTPD day- or Christmas party option:
10/30/60 most of our cities celebrate. Science rate drops substantially, and increased city growth restricted by city infrastructure.
Finally, let the banana decide- it's my money after all!
