I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm sick and tired of seeing the whole first page of the forum filled up with foriegn minister report threads on each individual, insignificant AI run empire. So I'll be lumping all of them into one thread this time

I'm on a slower modem at home than at school, but I prefer the new style. Each individual foreign minister thread hardly garnered any discussion. This way, we collect all of the discussion, and perhaps even stir some controversy.
