Well, I noticed the "blink" before I read about it, but I couldn't be certain that it hadn't *always* been blinking, so I just admired it silently.

Caravels to Galleons that do not cause discontent under Democracy.
Newton's is better than Darwin's, especially under a
Democracy if we have a fairly large and prosperous city
to place it in. Darwin's might save us 2000 beakers, while Newton's can get us 2000 beakers in 10-20 turns.

2. After that, we choose between Steam Engine (ironclads), Magnetism (frigate/galleon), and Bridge Building.
3. Once those are obtained, it's Railroad Time and Darwin's Voyage.
CITIZENS ALERT: Our next session will involve discussion of post-RR techs. We will need a clear path, since we will need at least one immediately after RR, then must be prepared to pick 2 more immediately after Darwin's is collected.
