Absolutely. There is no reason for that Worker to be on that square. I can only think that some passing enemy unit lingered on the river/gold square and knocked the Worker to the square it's on now. Looks good.
If we move an Enron worker from the river to the furs, that might help our science rate a bit, but we need to fix the happiness problem before that. Shouldn't we build a temple instead of a settler?
