Avatars must be under 10K.
The smallest I oculd get it was around 58 K.
That was after reducing to 16 colors, cropping half of it, cutting away every 3rd picture, and resizing it to 80x80,
Unless you edit them with a editor that doesn't support animated gifs they will stay animated.

Could you find one of those cool little "necromancer" animated figures? Not something too evil, or stuff like that, but something like the guys from Diablo II. Thanks.
I cut out the End sign from this for my present avatar... but I had no idea how to make the background invisible. Any chance you could redo my End sign as in my present avatar, but without the background...?
