      I've kept the same one for a long time as well (though, ah, not nearly as long as Ghengis. )

      The only thing that has changed about my email in recent years is the domain name when it was sold.

      And no, I receive almost NO spam through the account.

        I haven't been recieving e-mail updates either, almost 2 full days since my last notification (hope I'm not ed)

          If it is like my experience, all our "subscription to thread" identifiers seem to be dropped. Actually, it is not so bad; some of them were only mildly interesting. For the ones you are interested in, post something and you will start getting those updates again. At least that worked for me.

              What amazed me was that I was still getting my updates to the email address that got me banned

                  Whole reason I had a defunct email address is so that the subscription service didn't send me 50 emails a day. Oh well...

                    I thought that if you don't want to receive email for a subscribed thread then you don't need to subscribe it in the first place?
