to stay on topic no this hasnt happened to me. Also it seems edit doesnt matter, because I could post and edit right away.
Or is the 30sec in between hit "submit reply" and "save changes" and not between submit reply and edit ?
edit: hmm no seems I can edit as much as I want w/o 30sec penalty.
