    "Text gets eaten"?

Eh, what's that? A new feature from Poly The poor text.
I see the headlines in front of me:
Poor text got eaten by bad,bad Poly mods. MarkG and his gang blamed. Who will be the next?

I think you need to be a little more specific about your problem Faded Glory.

Text gets eaten all the time. Text is a good source of protein and carbohydrates. Some text, however, could have a high percentage of cholesterol, so you must be careful.
I watched you fall. I think I pushed.

The only text I've seen eaten around here is spam.
If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

              Faded Glory:

Sometimes what you post will get eaten by the server.

If you have a particularly long post, copy to your clipboard before posting. That does the trick for me.

Ya obi I basically figured that. I would write a paragraph and the bottem half is eaten. so I have to edit it.

Sorry i wasnt more specific about that.

I have never seen half a post get eaten though..........I think Obiwan was referring to whole posts, which does happen sometimes.

                        I think it's a browser problem.

I've also never seen half-a-post being lost by the server. The clipboard trick is a must. I use it everytime I write a long post
