Dear members of the Junta,

Except for a fatal and instant case of amnesia of all Angel turn participators this year you will find Intellectual Integrity in the diplomatic cache.

No other factions are (yet) able to compete for the Citizens' Defense Force inherited with this technology, by we would like to ask you to construct this Secret Project fast as so we can safely trade this technology with other factions if we desire so, or even to keep our allies as close allies instead of mere friends.

I regret to inform you we found a cheaper way of acquiring the comlink of Zakharov. It was a chance we couldn't miss for our energy resources still are somewhat limited.

Since our technology exchange finally is concluded the question of 'what now?' presses itself.

The Data Angels have sofar always had good exchanges with the Spartans, and it is our hope this will continue for quite some years.

As a first query, I would like to ask the Junta if they would consider selling a cruiser hull to our Commerce Ops Centre.

I can confirm that an Angel probe team has managed to locate Provoost Zakharov this year. If indeed you have visuals on the unit, you will note it is already on it's way back to it's transport.

Also, the University of Planet may be submitted to the Spartan faction, but what does that have to do with breaking the Spartan territorial integrity?

In case the Spartans wish to provide the Data Angels with sufficient map information so we won't stumble unadvertedly on any more 'forbidden' territories, by all means, do so.

And if Spartans claim different, that the unit looks like a spy, we simply state that this is current fashion in Data Angel faction.

But I guess that puts paid to probing Gargarin for the moment as they probably have a probe guard there as well.

Let's hope they don't pass on Intel Integ to Uni as that will spoil our trading with Zak. If they do pass it on then we will have to object.

We will advise them that in meeting Zak we had the opportunity to trade Intel Integ for a tech and a Pact? but turned it down due to our prior agreement with them
(the Spartans).
