    I need about 3-4 day for making additional changes, but right now I have too much work and no time for scenario, so I think the earliest date is 20-22 October, may be later, because I have to go to Budapest on 23.

      That would mean you'll post it shortly before PTW is released... could mean some more work to implement all the new elements that come up with the expansion (commercial docks...)

                  AeroPrinz, it might be a good idea to set the minimum research time higher (10 rounds or so) and decrease the AI to AI trade rate factor.
                  That way a human player, playing a smaller civ would have a chance to keep up in science without selling his soul to england

                        Sounds like a nice idea, but gives us the ability to "cheat": If it takes, say, 8 turns for my Germans to research Medicine at a 70 % science rate and with an income of 2 Gold per turn, WHY shouldn't I lower the science rate to 10 %, earn 200 gold per turn and only postpone reaching my research goal for two turns?

                        So, don't change this...

                              I said higher minimum research time, not lower maximum research time.

                              minimum research time = no tech shall be researched in less then X turns
                              maximum research time = no tech shall be researched in more then X turns

                              higher minimum research time: the general tech development gets slowed down, smaller civs have better chances to keep up

                                Ok then, increasing MINIMUM research time definitely IS a good idea (as I suppose both of us prefer playing Germany)...

                                Btw, I suggest 8 turns.
