    I found a bug: some cities start with a population over 12 but don't have hospitals, so they don't grow and you can't build hospitals if you don't starve them down to 12.

        The only city german effected are Berlin and Munic I think, most starved under 12 anyway, due to pollution.

          Need some download help

          I seem to be having problems downloading the zip file for all of the scenario's I've tried to check out. I end up getting empty zip files. Hopefully I'm just goofing up something easy, but any suggestions of what that is would be appreciated.

              Btw, if your cities starve by pollution, wouldn't it be better to let them shrink by creating workers that clear this pollution??

                    I know that. Calculating the AI turn almost takes 1 hour on my comp. ONE HOUR!!!

                        at the beginning the turns took about 5 minutes on my Athlon XP 1800, now they take about 15 minutes, cause Japan and Britian declared war on each other and a lot of units are being moved around.

                          As I got no money for up-to-date hardware, just ignore my complaints!

                          Btw, Britain and Japan also declared war on each other in my game. Is there some sort of reason??

                              I have PIV 1.4Ghz with RIMM memory, and it takes about 20-30 sec in the beggining and later rise up to 9-10 minutes.
