Caould you not just take Catfish's "Saruman" figure from the previous page, take off the hair and beard, and colour the robe orange? That would do quite nicely I reckon.

I think your idea is good, except that I still can't figure how to recolour the robe (apart from "pixel by pixel") and that the other modifications might be too complex for me (yes, I know, I'm pathetic... ).

So if anybody is willing to help??

EDIT: removed the part about the sleeves: after some thoughts, long sleeves are fine for the saffron robe!
