Just a taster: Landsknecht, Spanish and Cyrion's Swiss pikemen, Landsknecht and Spanish arquebusier, Italian and Janissaries.
I quite like my pikemen, even if they don't wear any kilt...

I'm going to use the ships I've got, so don't bother with ships.
I considered making one of the French kings a host unit, but then reconsidered after testing.
The Gonsalvo de Cordoba unit is powerful, but not a host unit. AFAIK, the Ottoman Host is the only one in the game.
Yes, the spies are all women in this one. Honestly the Erwan girls are fine, right down to their apparel. However . . . if you want to exercise your skills as a fashion designer, knock yourself out.
Thanks for the suggestions, Von Bert. During this early period of conflict in Italy, the primary military power of the HRE was the Spanish military. The Austrians came along a century or so later.
The photo I use, VB, was taken when I was around 38 or so. I look better now at 49. lol.

Great units as usual Gareth.

OK mate - just the Suleiman host you need a graphic for. Are you going with the artillery pics you have already?
BTW - the best heavy cavalry available to the Habsburgs was German; the Spanish specialised in jinetes and their men at arms had no horse armour. The best infantry were the Spanish and German landsknechts who eclipsed the Swiss during this period.
Gareth, the artillery graphix were just grabbed and put there until something better comes along. If you've got any ideas for artillery graphix, go for it. I do need a Gonsalvo de Cordoba graphic.
I've toyed with the Idea of Making Francis I a genuine unit, though not a host. The idea being that when used, it'll get "killed," whereupon an event will announce that he's been captured in battle and ransomed, subtracting money from the French.

- good (and realistic) idea! "Everything has been lost (mostly money ) , except honour, and life that is safe" [François I... in my english]
"Dilexi iustitiam, odivi iniquitatem, propterea morior in exilio" [PAPA GREGORIUS VII +1085] - ("He amado la justicia, he odiado la iniquidad, por eso muero en exilio") - ("I loved justice, I hated unfairness, that's why I die in exile") - (J'ai aimé la justice, j'ai détesté l'iniquité, c'est pourquoi je meurs en exil") - ("Ich liebte Gerechtigkeit und hasste Ungerechtigkeit, deshalb sterbe ich im Exil")
