regarding the ingame alliance with japan, consider it null.
however, if you want to negotiate, japan is willing to talk with you.

Okay, good to know. I think an alliance with Japan doesn't serve the Entente at the moment. But don't take this as an aggressive step. There ist just little interest in East Asia within our elites. Yet, I will keep your offer in mind for the future. Consider yourself at peace with the Empire and l'Empire (a bit outdated, I know, but I got tired of writing "Entente") which I do not intend to break.
