The Kaiser can not recognize another head of the Italian governant than the King, which the Kaiser had great relations with.

*Rebellious workers attaks Minsk! It was a disaster for me; two Russian Conscripts were destroyed like they were nothing and then when I attacked the weakest (at 30%) I lost my artillery too! Then attacked with a second artillery and I nearly lost it (survived with only 1%). And next turn I will lose another unit because the other rebel worker left is at 80% still.
