      CHANGES
*All air units have +1 in defense and hit points value
      *NATO can build M113
*Pakistan has more units and defensive buildings
      *Amman is a neutral city
      *Jerusalem is a NATO city
      *Victory point system modified
      *Rules changed

      Eivind:
I found this article in wikipedia:

The Polaris missile was a nuclear armed ballistic missile. It says that it first flew in 1960. In 1962, the americans tested in the pacific ocean.

So, as a result of this info, i modified rule 14.
*Only SSBN submarines will be able carry MRBMs (just one per sub)

I agree with academia. I've never played PBEM, and I'm not an experienced player on multiplayer games. But, if someone don't want to play anymore, I can take anyone of the civ's. If USSR is now free, it can be taken by an experienced player, and I take a smaller one.

If someone wants to take the USSR and let you pick up another civ, that's definetely fine with me.

It's fine for me. If no one wants to get USSR, and if EmuGod don't want to play, I'll try to do the job.

                        What is 'pm'?

When the game starts? I'll be away from Rio de Janeiro between January 1st to 3rd. There is an internet cafe (or something like that...) near the place I'll stay, but I don't know if the owner will let me install Civ2 there.

                        Thanks!

PM is your private messages at the forums. You might also want to download the utility CivDip, which will let you offer deals to other civs without having to play live. Since you're the USSR, you'll probably be sending money and units to the Pro-Soviet civ, so this will be very useful. If you need any help with anything, just send a private message to someone. Everyone here is always willing to help.

yep, in your control panel window, you´ll see an area that says "New Private Messages"

anyway, i think we should talk via msn messenger... there are many things that you should know before you play the turn.
