I actually would want to stay in this PBEM and play, but as I said I'll be gone for 2 weeks.

The Polaris missile was a nuclear armed ballistic missile. It says that it first flew in 1960. In 1962, the americans tested in the pacific ocean.

So, as a result of this info, i modified rule 14.
*Only SSBN submarines will be able carry MRBMs (just one per sub)

It seems that poseidon and trident are better (more accurate and powerfull) than the regular SLBM (Polaris) missiles. But, the earliest Polaris (A-3) and Poseidon have the same range (2500 nautical miles). As only characteristic that we can modify in the scenario is the range of missiles, my opinion is to dont change anything.

Sure USSR will support the expansion of communist borders.
By the way, how can I give units to someone using civdip? I didnt find this option in the program. Maybe i've downloaded the wrong version? Where can i download it?

I need to know this to play the turn...

Just yestarday i could re-instal java and run civdip.
