I'm speaking to Blanco now and he told me that his computer monitor at home broke down and has requested that temporary replacements be found for his PBEMs.

Just noticed. Are we starting from before the cheating occured (Nov 1906)? It sounds obvious I know, but I thought that whatever Ar Pharazon had done had been simply removed so that we could carry on from Jan 1907.

The one Rebel posted, is the turn I altered before Pharazon cheated, so no need to worry. At least I think so. Don't have civ available here right now to cross check. So please double check, Rebel, that the turn posted is indeed the correct one.

Japan doesn't have Nanning, Hong Kong or Fuzhou so it must be the right turn. Its was just me experiencing deja vue when I saw it.
