          I agree with making maximum 8 foreign traderoutes.
          (Excluding routes made by others, only your own caravans count in this respect.)

          I would like to point out that imo an unlimited hides connection can be used several times but they should count towards the maximum number of routes.

            Wow, this may be the most customized and debated game ever made.

            But good to see it is started! Cool to see my name on it too. Just hope I don't get blamed if things fall apart, hehe.

            Well I'm still in Michigan, and still have limited time for computer stuff, but good to see things are started. Did we go ahead with the custom units? Do I see that correctly?

            How did you do Ljube? I'm about to check out the story thread.

                                Its ok by me. The way I do it is I expand the small map full screen before I reveal the map, so I only see as much as everyone else sees, i.e. city positions, not unit positions or infrastructure, or city size, etc.
